Anne Wright

Based in Highfields, just north of Toowoomba, I create hand formed ceramics shaped with intention and a deep respect for the environment. After years in the fast paced corporate world and as a primary producer, I’ve now found a quieter rhythm in clay — in slowing down, working mindfully with my hands, and creating pieces that hold simplicity, purpose, and quiet beauty. Each form is made to last for generations, with a simple form and a scale that fits comfortably into small spaces. My work is about grounding, preserving resources, and offering objects that bring a little calm into the everyday.
