wimcee

I am a painter who also sews, knits, pastes, hoards, beads, constructs and generally litters the family home with project clutter, to such an extent that my family sent me out to market in 2007. The move into both physical and on-line selling was magic, putting me in direct contact with the wonderful world of like-minded creators, buyers and sellers.

wimcee’s first wares were aprons with attitude, which are still a mainstay of the range – part celebration, part social commentary, full of retro references and fabric-love, as with all things wimcee each apron is an original. I also now make accessories, soft furnishings, journals, teatime accouterments, kiddie couture, and paper goods, and offer a small number of recycled customized items.
