Hello.  My name is Caroline and I make a range of simple, fun and everyday clothes for young children under the label of Maika.  I also sometimes make other bits and pieces such as baby blankets and bunting as the inspiration arises.  All Maika products are made with love and care by hand at my home in suburban Brisbane.  

I use a lot of vintage and re-cycled fabrics and trims, combining them with new contemporary fabrics to create one of a kind pieces.  When you buy something from Maika you are really buying something unique.
